I had a beautiful bird in my yard today, 9/22/17. The bird followed me when I talked to it, followed me everywhere, was not afraid and wanted to come in my house. I got close enough to see a white band on its leg that said 354. This bird looked beautifully kept, cross between a pigeon and a dove, metallic green on the head back of the neck, white feathers on the bottom. I did get a picture but it is not a great pic.
