He is normally a chatterbox, used to living with one other budgie. We normally make “kissy” sounds at them, say “hi birds!” as well as “pretty birds”. Last digit on band is an 8. He is used to small amounts of hand-time so I would recommend grabbing him and placing him in something secure. Loves miller, honey-seed treats, and bells. I will provide complete band information.
