Found: Banded Parakeet, male on 5/27/18. In Elwood, Illinois, zip code 60421. Colors Yellow, green, blue & black. Found in poor condition but is recovering very well. This lil guy is very sweet and he loves dogs. Haven’t had him long enough to know if he talks. He’s in quarantine because of my other birds but he’s getting plenty of love & attention.
