WE SPOTTED A MOSTLY BLUE PARROT OR PARAKEET WITH A WHITE HEAD IN OUR YARD
A bird about the size of a mockingbird with a white head and a blue body and maybe some other colors was just spotted in our yard in Laguna Niguel, California at approximately 1:00 pm today July 25, 2023. I went outside to try to catch it but by the time I got there it was gone : ( I have put a bowl of water out on a table in case it comes back. Any other suggestions on how I can lure it back and hopefully catch it for it’s owners? I am very worried for it’s safety because we have a lot of red tailed hawks in the area : (
