Found at Fordham Plaza next to the back steps of the metro north platform (not the main entrance) near Cherry Valley supermarket. We tried to catch him/her, but he/she flew off into a tree and we couldn’t get him/her down. Doesn’t seem injured, but we’re worried and want him/her to find their family! Pretty sure no band on the leg, but hard to get close enough to be sure.
