I noticed a yellow parrot in the neighbor’s fig tree. It looks like the size of a crow. I have tried getting in tough with the neighbor but they have not answered the door. It has been there for two days and have not moved. I cut up an apple and left it on top of the fence but it is 40 ft away from the bird.
