I saw this bird at the top of Perring Parkway in the trees behind JoAnn Fabrics. He flew in front of my car on Perring Parkway and went into those trees. I tried to get him to come to me, but he would not cooperate. I DO NOT HAVE THIS BIRD IN MY POSSESSION.
