On the roof of 113 South Garfield Street in Cherry Creek in Denver, at 5:15 PM on March 25, a bright yellow budgerigar (parakeet). It is fully flighted, seemed calm but probably dazed, and did not come when beckoned. I posted this on Nextdoor and will report it as well to Parrotalert.com, Pawboost.com, Homestead Animal Hospital, and Humane Colorado.
