There are two cockatiels yellow and green outside the office of Dr. Eric Lippman on Sunrise Highway in Valley Stream New York. they are high up on electrical wires and transformers. His office is on Sunrise Highway. If you walk outside his office and walk to the right you will see them up there along with some parrots also. Please go and rescue them somebody please
