From finder-Luckily I had a bird loving friend who lead me to your site and warned me that there are people out there after the parrots and to be careful. My mom was actually the one who found the owners through various connections on facebook and then confirmed through the store where it had been purchased. She had been missing for 3 or 4 days and had flown from a town in NY. She definitely seemed so happy when the owners came to pick her up and was happy to be going home!
The bird was found in our backyard today. Banded.
