Reporting for a friend who found the bird along H street NE Washington DC on March 23, 2026. Unfortunately it was wounded and did not survive the night. My sincere condolence to the parrot’s person. At least I hope it bring some comfort knowing that it did not die alone, and some closure. From the picture, google determined it was a Pacific Parrotlet, but not absolutely sure.
