Yesterday, I got a call from a lady lived in Oakland downtown said she found a cockatiel. She had a cat and could not keep it,but it looks like our little boye-boye(lost on Feb.7th 2011). We adopt this poor little one today. As Ms Wright(the lady) doesn’t have any bird food, this little guy is very very hungery,as soon as he arrived my home,he kept eatting.

Now he is taking a nap.As I observe , he must be somebody’s lovely pet.very tame, gray color,a little bit yellow top feather, with white feathers on both wings.Important: He had a ring on one foot.Because he is so tired, I didn’t grap him to watch the letter or number on the ring yet.

He was found in Oakland downtwon, around Jefferson Street and 14th Ave.He flew to the 3rd.floor when he saw Ms Wright’s window open.I guess he must be very very cold and hungery.Poor one.

I plan to put ad on the craigslist,as we check these days, it seems no one looking for a lost cockatiel.
I also asked some expert to see how could we help this little guy to find his original true owners.

I just want to let the news go to the cockatiel’s owner that he is safe ,warm and have a lot of food.
He gets along quite well with our little Bo-Bo who we adopted early this March.Nobody claimed
Bo-Bo yet.His right cheek still has a scar, but most of the feathers come back.

I kow it is very heart broken when your little lovely baby flew away.I still tears down whenever I think of my lost Boye-boye.God bless him has some good luck to have a kind person to rescue him.

If you have any idea about people who lost a cockatiel in Oakalnd area, please give my cell :510-508-8614

Life is fragile, especially the birds. The winter is coming, the cold weather will challenge these poor little ones.

Thank you.
