A resident of Oakland found a budgie in her driveway The budgie looks to be male, olive green and yellow. Was found around 12/23 in theEastlawn area of Oakland. Flyers have been posted in the neighborhood but so far the owner has not been found so she turned it over to a neighbor who has a couple of lovebirds who will be taking care of him. If the owner cannot be located the bird will have a nice home. It has been suggested that he contact the local Animal Control Services and post on Craigslist.
