Cockatiel Found (South Oxnard) Found a Cockatiel in my tree, on 7-7-11. Seems pretty timid and loves to whistle and be heard. Would love to find the owner. Wings seemed to have been clipped at one time, because it couldnt fly far. Found near Oxnard College.
