A green and yellow budgie parakeet was discovered waddling down the street near Donlon Ave. in Oxnard on January 7th. He was obviously very use to being around people, but did not have a band around his foot. We called the animal rescue in Camarillo at (805) 388-4341 and they came immediately to pick him up. We don’t know where he is now, but we do have a picture of him, so at least you know he’s alive, and may you’ll be able to track him down with the number. Good luck!
