Found in Kearny Mesa, in the road next to the K Sandwiches on Linda Vista Road: Pale yellow cockatiel with bright yellow crest and wings, orange patches on the cheeks. Bald patch on top of its head, skin isn’t broken or bleeding though. Small discoloration on its beak.
