I found a beautiful parakeet on 4/22 (Earth Day!) near Marsh and Pacific St. in SLO. I would like to help return him to his rightful owners, but am interested in keeping him if nobody steps forward. Please describe his coloring and any identifiable markings, etc. so we know it is the right bird. Someone might be missing this little guy, so help spread the word…
