UPDATE: OWNER WAS FOUND/ CONTACTED BUT DOES NOT WANT BIRD BACK. BUDGIE HAS BEEN REHOMED!
Found in Mimico (South Etobicoke, Toronto), closest major intersection Lake Shore Blvd West and Park Lawn Rd, across from Yachters Lane. This escaped budgie has been living around our neighbourhood for at least a month, staying close to some bushes near a plaza with a flock of house sparrows. With Winter approaching, we spent the last week trying to capture her, and were finally successful the other day.
