A cockatiel (which I think may be a pearl cockatiel from seeing photos online but not totally sure) landed on my utility room window sill this morning and was looking in like it wanted to come in.

I had a surveyor round at my house at the time and he went out and held him arm out and it hopped onto his arm and he brought it inside. We gave it some bird seed (that I give to the wild birds) and it ate that and seemed alright. It’s very tame and friendly.

It has grey, yellow and white feathers with red cheeks.

The surveyor took the bird away with him as he’s kept birds in the past and was happy to look after it until we can find the owner. I can give you his details if you think it may be your cockatiel. Please email me at zoeh20-at-hotmail.co.uk
