I found a lost African Grey Parrot in the Village of Palmetto Bay on 171 street. It has a silver tag around his foot that has a set of numbers on it. It starts off with FLWF and a set of three numbers. You can contact me at my email or by my cell 305-989-9671. I will only give back the bird if you can recite the three numbers on the tag.
