Found Cockatiel in parking lot of Tamarac Theatre, 7143 Pine Island Rd. White, gray, yellow top, orange circle on cheek. Cannot have been missing for long because it was very clean. Very loving. Found walking across parking lot and came right onto our finger. Wings must be clipped or it would have flown away. Will post photo as soon as I can.
