FOUND Yellow/Grey Winged Cockatiel (Mundelein), Today I found a Cockatiel while working in the city of Mundelein. I don’t think it was outside for more than 1 night, if that. Was very friendly and was able to catch it. I turned the bird over to the Mundelein Community Service Office(Mundelein Police) if you are looking for it. I also have a picture of it on my phone if needed for verification. Hope someone reads this that knows who the bird belongs to!
