Sweet Indian Ringneck parakeet flew to a window of a party in Ocean Beach on 5-25.
We are fostering the bird and hoping to find the owners.
The bird was so hungry – has been fed well, hydrated and is safe with toys to play with. This bird appears to be a baby and is very tame. Likes to sit on shoulder.
