Pure white dove, banded. Found in Buckhorn, KY the day after the tornadoes in our region. It is banded but is at home with my mom right now while I’m at school in Pikeville. We did check the band numbers and the letters weren’t anything like any of the carrier pigeon sites we found so we’re not sure where to even begin looking for the owners other than posting on here.
