We are still looking for the owner of this bird. He is very intelligent, says many phrases and whistles he has learned. It was just walking along a rural road and we picked it up. It was very hungry and tired. We have no way of knowing how long he had been missing. Please contact me if you are missing a Cockatiel from our area. It is a very healthy and active bird.
