I work at the California Department of Food and Agriculture. I received a call from a female in North Carolina stating that she found a parakeet in the parking lot of a hotel she was staying at. The parakeet has a tag with “HFCA 4006”. She says this little young bird was very hungry but in good health. She would love to find it’s owner.
