FOUND: Exotic Pheasant (NW Portland), Please help us find the owner for this beautiful bird. It was found this morning in NW Portland off of 23rd Ave. right up the street from Papa Hayden’s. We have sent it to the Oregon Human Society for Multnomah County Pets. It is located in Troutdale. The number is (503) 988-7387.
