Light grey and dark grey Pigeon. Has a flourescent yellowish-greenish bird band with numbers of 36 on it. Nothing else is on band. Bird is currently at Multnomah County Animal Services, 503-988-7387. 1700 W. Columbia River Hwy, Troutdale, OR 97060. Bird was found on N. Denver and N. Interstate in Portland. Bird is unable to fly, but do not see any broken limbs/wings. We are only able to hold bird thru 09/05/11. Thank you.
