i found a parakeet in the collingdale, glenolden, darby township area. the wings are clipped and he cannot fly very far. i live in an appt. and am unable to keep him long but know that he is lost and had a family because he is very friendly and enjoys being held and flying around the appt. i found him on Saturday. IF U KNOW ANY1 WHO LOST A PARAKEET WITH THE WINGS CLIPPED PLEASE EMAIL ME OR CALL 484 597 1540. I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE SOMEONE THERE PET BACK. i know how it is to loose a pet. thank you for your help!
