We found a pretty and very nice/friendly bird. It came to us no problem at all And has a tag on it’s foot. Figured it was someone’s who spend time and effort to take care of it. It’s being taken care of very well til someone can call and identify. Was found in millcreek on west 12th street between Powell and Penninsula. The number Is 814 273 3026. Ask for Dave.
