Hello. You may contact me by email. I caught a little parrot around noon on June 28th fitting the description of this one. It is clipped and was unable to fly. We found it down the road from the high school in Spanish Fork. Unfortunately your photos are fuzzy. It has an identification band and is missing his complete tail. There is a tiny bit of yellow on the wings but not much on the head. If you can, please give me the identification on the band. I am on my way to California tomorrow where I live. Was hoping to take this guy/girl with me. When did you lose this guy?
