Bird appears to be uninjured and was eating and drinking normally and acting very friendly. It was found by a fellow volunteer for our Humane Society. Since vet offices were closed and our local Animal Control couldn’t take the bird, we found a woman who has raised parrots for 20 years (she showed pictures of her set-up and looked legit).
