Bird looks healthy, has been in and out of our yard for the last week. Been feeding under our bird feeders. Drinking from fountain and lake and flies short distances to roost on sheds or roofs other neighbors.
We have a dog and the bird is not concerned unless mini poodle goes right up to him/her. Then it will just fly to deck or roof.
Lots of hawks in the area. I’ve asked friends what to do and most say bird is taking a break. I feel badly but we are leaving soon. Any help to find owner would be great.
