FOUND: BALTIMORE, MD, approx 9/1/19. Appears to be an opaline black capped conure. May be a green cheek or other Pyrrhura species.
Found about a week ago by a good samaritan and brought to the local shelter. I will be housing him until his owners are found and may adopt if owners do not reclaim. Please describe bird and band to reclaim.
