Very sweet bird, seems well fed and trusts people, so this is definitely a well loved bird. Found outside our window around 1:30pm near PSU SW. loves to ride on the shoulder. Y&N xxx xx xxxx on the band, please verify number! Taking it to see if bird is microchipped.
