Bird was found at a nearby neighbors home. Outside by their fence. The right wing seems to be injured and it can’t fly. The bird doesn’t appear to be in pain from the wing injury. And is getting around the cage fine, is eating and drinking as well. We had a bird cage and supplies and were able to get it into the cage. We have been trying to find the owner. Will take to a Vet to get checked out if we can’t find the owner soon.
