I found this bird last night after I got the call thinking it was my pet cockatiel that I lost a week ago, I brought him home and he is safe and sound with seeds and water and a warm cage, but after further examination and noticing that one of his toenails is blond and his wings have been clipped I don’t think this is my guy. I’m holding him safely hoping someone else found my little birdie. Call me at 503-839-3238 if you lost your bird in northeast Portland around 55th and Holman Street.
