Thanks for the reply, It is a tumbler, high flyer, A local who has racing pigeons is coming this afternoon to get it
I was able to handle it and place it in a cat carrier( without the cat 🙂 ) We fed watered and covered the carrier and put him in the heated garage, He has a safe ace last night and will have a home today
