Actually, I posted on the yahoo band numbers board asking fr help IDing the breeder. A woman got in touch with the breeder. I contacted the breeder, and it was in fact one of her birds, and she had the number of the owner who had contacted her asking for another one since he was sad about his getting out.”

This IS the same bird as “Found Exotic Bird” in Erie, PA, though that email will contact the original finder.
