Turns out this is Lost Cockatiel from Vancouver “Simon” (not posted here). His owner called me to report and then I got found listing both by e-mail and saw C/L posting. Called her and I just got a call back from her telling me they had their bird back. They are VERY happy!

1 Cockatiel was found in Stanley Park at approximately 15:00, August 28th, 2011. The bird was turned over to Vancouver Animal Control, file number 11-197220.
