There is a white cockatiel frequently visiting in my stepson’s backyard in Hanford, CA. I believe he may have gotten out and is a bit confused where he lives. He lives in the area of Douty and Fargo Street and the bird is semi-friendly. He will land on shoulders but we cannot seem to catch him. He is wearing a band on his leg and it reads “OMP 169” Please feel free to contact if he belongs to you. We have been feeding him little bits of oranges and whatnot and he seems to be content.
