This white ringneck parrot has been hanging out in my backyard…I managed to get close to him yesterday. Has anyone lost this parrot? I wasn’t sure what kind he was but after googling white parrots he looks like the ringneck. He is mostley white and has a orange beak.

FOUND PARROT IN MY BACK YARD IN OLD ROSEVILLE. I AM AFRAID HE WILL NOT MAKE IT THROUGH THE WINTER.
CAN’T CATCH HIM BUT WE GET CLOSE. HOPING HIS OWNERS MIGHT BE ABLE TOO 🙁
