Parakeet first sighted 12/8/12 Seven Locks Rd & River Rd area. He/she has a bright green upper body, a bright blue lower body, and multi-hued wings; he/she has been visiting our feeder, last seen 12/28/12 eating at our yard feeder; he/she has also been on the deck. A cage has been placed on the deck to try to catch him/her. Sighted bird report has been made to Montgomery County Humane Society. Contact: cmrigaux-at-Verizon.net
