The bird was seen flying overhead around 9 AM (give or take ) this morning. Because it was above me And I was looking into a bright sky, I could not distinguish the color but saw the unmistakable long tail and hooked beak. And it was carrying on with a lot of loud squawking/screeching. It was headed north generally over Connecticut Avenue ( a block or two east), just north of Beach Drive. I wish I had more detail.
