Green and yellow parakeet budgie found in the Las Colinas area of Irving, Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth area). Flew into the WaterWalk hotel and apartments located off West Royal Lane. Not sure of actual name but have been calling him Jerry. I believe he is a male, but not sure.
