Found green/yellow parakeet in my backyard. Young (still has some head striping and maybe a partially clipped wing?). Think it is a male. Currently in a cage with food and water at my house. Spent a few days outside in the pouring rain from what I can tell, but seems in good spirits at the moment. Looking for whoever is missing this boy.
