A blue parakeet with black and white tiger stripes on its face and wings. Blue cere, light colored eyes, and a silver band on his left foot. He?s got one face feather with a big dot on one side and 2 on his left side. Someone managed to capture this sweet budgie on a sidewalk across from Watertown boys and girls clubs and he?s now safe with me in a cage with food, water, and toys. He seems to be hand tamed, very tired, has a bruised beak. Probably at least 1 year old if not older based on head stripes and the ring of color around his pupils.
