Our sweet Rafiki (Raffy) snuck out of the house yesterday afternoon (1/13/19). He is a male parrot who says a random assortment of phrases, and whistles, and dog barks. We love him so much and are worried sick that he’s going to get caught in all this rain. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time he’s gotten away – for we do not believe in wing clipping. Somehow, he always finds his way back. It is said that the first day a parrot is outside they experience a sense of freedom…day two they start getting a little scared…day three they begin to get hungry and often times go to a nearest human for help. If you see our bird with a bright red tail flying around your neighborhood – please contact us. Don’t be afraid if he flies to you for help, give him some water and fresh fruit or nuts.

We are offering a rewards for Raffiki’s safe return. Please help us get him home,
