Cici is a female budgie with a blue and white belly and a white and grey back. She has blue patches at the top and bottom of her belly and a white patch in the middle. It’s the same color blue as the sky. Her cere has some light blue on the sides and her feet are pink. She has a gold colored band on her right leg, but I don’t know what it says. She escaped her cage near Cupertino, but I don’t know how far she could have flown (she has only ever flown around my house before), and it’s windy today so she could even have gotten blown to nearby cities, like San Jose, Saratoga, or Campbell.
