Light blue male Indian Ringneck with 2 white feathers on his left wing. Has a red beak and black ring around neck. About 12 inches in length from top of head to end of tail feathers. Does not speak, but makes sounds similar to a squeak toy. Will respond to sound of squeak toys or sounds of Indian Ringneck videos.
